Three of the four Calgary counselling practices in this audit published a dollar fee or range that a prospective client could see without completing an intake form. Published standard individual-session prices ran from $180 for a 60-minute clinical-counsellor session to $240 for a 50-minute psychologist session. One practice used an income-based fee calculated during intake instead of posting a fixed price. Three practices described a sliding-scale, reduced-fee, practicum or subsidized option.

Calgary currently reports more than 200 electric-vehicle charging stations. Its 2018 strategy separately described approximately 100 public Level 2 stations. The two figures are not comparable because the older count specifies Level 2 supply and the current page does not publish a matching station-and-port definition. Through ChargeYYC, the City offered planning grants and installation rebates for multi-residential buildings. Calgary also requires an electrical permit for EV charger installation.

Calgary's August 5, 2024 hailstorm caused an estimated $3.25 billion in insured losses, 2.7 times the June 2020 storm's $1.2 billion estimate. IBC reported more than 130,000 claims and nearly 60,000 Calgary-area homes affected. The figures combine several kinds of insured property and cannot count damaged roofs or completed roof repairs.

Calgary issued 57,886 permits across its electrical, plumbing and contractor HVAC permit streams in 2025. The total was 4.5% higher than in 2024 and 87.6% higher than in 2019. These are permit records, not homes, service calls or completed projects. One construction project can require more than one trade permit.

Calgary's 1991–2020 airport climate normals move from a daily average of -7.6°C in January to 16.9°C in July, then back below freezing by November. That cycle supports a practical inspection calendar: seal rodent entry points through the cold months, check foundations and ant routes during spring cleanup, remove standing water from late spring through summer, inspect for young wasp nests in early summer, and renew exclusion work before fall.
