We attribute factual claims to sources a reader can inspect where practical. We distinguish published business information from our own editorial explanation. We do not claim that a business was tested, visited, interviewed, vetted or reviewed first-hand unless the page documents that work.

Selection and language

Directory coverage is selective and incomplete. We favour specific descriptions over unsupported labels such as best, trusted or top-rated. When a page title reflects a common search phrase, the page must still explain its selection method and the limits of the comparison.

Reviews and ratings

We do not present third-party ratings or review counts without naming the source and recording when the information was checked. We do not treat a rating as proof of current service quality. User-submitted reviews, if introduced, will be labelled and moderated under a published process.

Directory content is general information, not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Health-related pages use cautious language and direct readers to current professional registers or urgent services where appropriate.

Corrections

We assess correction requests against verifiable sources. Material corrections should update the page date. We may retain editorial wording when a request concerns opinion, placement or promotional preference rather than a factual error.
